NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 11, 2013, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice received a petition for a variance or waiver filed by Martina Lohouse. The Petitioner does not state in her request from which rule the Petitioner seeks the Variance or Waiver. However, it appears the Petitioner is seeking a permanent waiver or variance of Rule 64B17-3.001, Florida Administrative Code , which requires foreign graduates to have received a determination that their credentials are equivalent to education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States as determined by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy.
