Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38, No. 40, October 1, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Notice of Proposed Rule published in Vol. 38, No. 40, did not clearly indicate whether Legislative Ratification is required. Legislative Ratification is not required based on the analysis conducted by the Office for the purpose of developing the SERC for this rule. The Office considered the factors in Section 120.541, F.S., and the proposed rule is not expected to exceed the criteria in paragraph 120.541(2)(a), F.S.
