NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 12, 2023, the Board of Nursing, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Nise Blair. Petitioner requests a variance or waiver from subsection 64B9-3.002(2), F.A.C., which states in part that the qualifications for examination for graduates of an approved nursing program, a notice of graduation or of completion of the requirements for graduation.
