NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 14, 2013, the Department of Health, received a petition for a variance from North Florida Community College for a Program Director (Albert M. Leggett) who does not have a Bachelor's Degree, and four instructors (Tinka Brannon, Justin Buchannan, Scott Murfin, Thurston Raines) who do not have Associate's Degrees to be granted an additional two years to secure the appropriate degrees. Interested persons or other agencies may submit comments on this petition for variance within 14 days after the publication of this notice.
