GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting of a Technical Advisory Group that will advise the Department on possible changes to the compost rule, Chapter 62-709, Florida Administrative Code. These changes may include the development of registrations or general permits for compost facilities using yard trash, manure and vegetative food wastes as feedstocks to their processes, as well as requirements for proper operation of these facilities and any necessary testing requirements.
