NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on May 30, 2007, the Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Resource Management, received a petition for Combs Oil Co., seeking a variance from the provisions of Department of Environmental Protection subparagraph 62-296.418(2)(b)2., Florida Administrative Code, to waive the requirement for installation of a vapor collection and control system on the loading racks at a bulk gasoline plant.
