65C-45.013 Conflict of Interest for all Levels of Licensure
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 16, 2023, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-45.013(2), Florida Administrative Code, from Citrus Health Network, Inc. d/b/a Citrus Family Care Network. subsection 65C-45.013(2) requires all initial, relicensing, and ongoing maintenance of the licensed foster home activities to be completed by a licensed child-placing agency outside of the employee’s service area and submitted to the Regional Licensing Authority for approval.
