GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Public Swimming Pool Advisory Board will review, discuss and make recommendations to the Department regarding applications submitted by owners/agents for variance from the state’s public swimming pool codes per subsection 514.0115(9) of the Florida Statutes.
