Mobility Products and Services, Inc. regarding the New Bethal Missionary Baptist Church in West Palm Beach (VW 2006-068). The petition sought a waiver from Rule 2.6.5, ASME A18.1, 1999 Edition, as adopted by Chapter 3001.2, 2004 Florida Building Code and requested to have a platform surface area of 22 square feet. The petition was granted because the petitioner provided documentation that the unit has sufficient capacity to accommodate the additional area safely.
