    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 12, 2006, the Bureau of Elevator Safety received a Petition for Emergency Variance from Rule 2.7.4.1, A.S.M.E. 17.1, 2000, as adopted by Chapter3001.2, 2004 Florida Building Code, requiring 7 foot clearance in the machine room. The petition was received from Lee Rigby of Vertical Assessments, for the following location: Embassy Suites Hotel in Estero (Petition VW 2006-155).
