Domante, St. Petersburg Fire & Rescue on June 16, 2014.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Florida Fire Prevention Code 101-42.3.3.2, 101-10.2, 101-10.2.1.1, 101-10.2.6.1, 101-10.2.6.2 and 101-6.2.2 as it applies to the petitioner.
