    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 16, 2015, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), Florida Administrative Code, from St. Johns County and Brenda Ware. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., requires staff who perform casework services in licensed child-placing agencies to possess at least a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited college or university.
