The Agency for Health Care Administration hereby gives notice that on June 20, 2017, the Agency for Health Care Administration entered an order disposing of the petition for variance filed by eScreen, Inc. on April 6, 2017 and advertised in Vol. 43, No. 70, Florida Administrative Register on April 11, 2017. The Petition was assigned Agency Case Number 2017003743. The Agency for Health Care Administration has issued a Final Order Denying Petition for Variance from Rule 59A-24.005, F.A.C, which relates to collection site and specimen collection procedures related to Florida Drug-Free Workplace standards. The variance is denied upon a finding that the Petitioner is not subject to the rule and lacks standing.
