NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 22, 2020, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Martha Chumbler, representing Infiltrator Water Technologies, LLC. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from subparagraphs 64E-6.009(8)(a)4 and (d), Florida Administrative Code, which requires results of innovative system testing in the State of Florida, and prohibits drainfield material approval resulting in a reduction of drainfield size using the mineral aggregate drainfield system.
