NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 19, 2023, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Reep-OFC Financial Center LLC at 3801 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, 2016 edition, Sections 2.8.1 and 2.8.2.2, as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires an antenna not be placed in the elevator shaft which poses a significant hardship.
