NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 13, 2014, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice received a petition for variance or waiver of Rule 64B17-3.003, F.A.C., filed by Marina Oliveira, P.T., regarding the requirement that applicants for licensure by endorsement meet certain educational requirements, including that the applicant has received a determination that her educational credentials are equivalent to those of a U.S.-educated physical therapist. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for August 8, 2014.
