The Board of Physical Therapy Practice hereby gives notice: that on May 21, 2019, an Order was filed on the Petition for Variance or Waiver. The Petition for Variance or Waiver was filed by Maria Alejandra Fumero, on February 26, 2019, seeking a waiver or variance of paragraph 64B17-3.007(2)(g), F.A.C., by requesting that the IERF be permitted to use the documents in Petitioner’s file for credentials evaluation. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Vol.45, No.43, on March 3, 2019, in the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received on the Petition.
