    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Joy P. Ewertz, Esq., filed on June 10, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rules 61J2-3.018; 61J2-3.012; 61J2-3.020, F.A.C., and subparagraph 475.172(2)(b)1, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
