The Board of Employee Leasing Companies hereby gives notice: that on May 30, 2019, an Order was filed on the Petition for Variance or Wavier. The Petition was filed by Harbor America East, Inc., Harbor America Florida, Inc., Harbor America Coastal, Inc., Douglas L. Lowery, an individual, and Alex J. Campos, an individual, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 61G7-10.0011(1), F.A.C., with regards to the timeframe for filing the annual financial statements. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Wavier was published in Vol. 45, No. 94, on May 14, 2019, in the Florida Administrative Register. The Board, at a duly-noticed public teleconference held on May 22, 2019, voted to grant Petitioners request, finding that Petitioners met the criteria either in format or substance pursuant to Section 120.542, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 28-104, F.A.C.
