NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 109, June 5, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Notice of Proposed Rule did not state what information was relied upon in determining that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification. The information expressly relied upon is the analysis conducted by the Agency to determine whether a SERC was required pursuant to the criteria established in s. 120.541, F.S. in relation to the nature and proposed changes to the rule. Further, this rule affects the early learning coalitions that are reimbursed for the services that they provide. Their services include providing child care resource and referral. After review, it was determined that there would not be an adverse impact or regulatory cost, if any, that would exceed any of the economic analysis criteria in a SERC, as set forth in s. 120.541, F.S.
