NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board Massage Therapy has received the petition for declaratory statement from Heather Bryan, on June 18, 2015. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 480.046, FS, as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board as to whether a mobile massage unit used at the resident of a client or the office of a client would fall under the exceptions in Section 480.046, FS. and therefore be exempt from the requirement of an establishment license. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
