11B-27.002Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers

The Department of Law Enforcement hereby gives notice:

1. The Petition for Permanent Waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., is GRANTED, provided Petitioner obtains employment as a certified law enforcement officer within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this Order;

2. Should Petitioner not obtain employment as a certified law enforcement officer within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this Order, he shall again be subject to the requirements of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C.;

3. The Order will become effective upon its filing with the Agency Clerk of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
