NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 20, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Braman Bentley Rolls Royce Porsche at 2745 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Rules 2.4.1.5 and 2.15.9.2, ASME A17.1, 2013, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code, that requires platform guards and bottom car clearances which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
