    The Florida Commission on Ethics announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: July 26, 2019, 9:00 a.m.

    PLACE: Third Floor Courtroom, First District Court of Appeal, 2000 Drayton Drive, Tallahassee FL

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Discussion of language for proposed Rule 34-18.001, regarding the portion of the recent amendment found in Article II, Section 8(h)(2) of the Florida Constitution, which requires the Commission, through the statutory procedures governing rule-making, to define the term "disproportionate benefit" and to prescribe the requisite intent for finding a violation of the prohibition of the amendment regarding abuse of public position. It is requested that written materials relevant to the discussion be sent or delivered such that the Commission receives them by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 22, 2019. Materials may be mailed to the Commission at P.O.
