The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On June 21, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraph 67-48.0072(21)(b) F.A.C. (2018) for Tacolcy Edison Gardens, LLC, granting an extension of the firm commitment deadline to December 23, 2019. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on May 16, 2019 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on May 20, 2019 in Vol. 45, Number 98, F.A.R.
