NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 46 No. 34, February 19, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The Department is correcting the SUMMARY to the proposed rule in Vol. 46 No. 34, February 19, 2020, issue of the Florida Administrative Register, to specify that pursuant to s. 373.4146(2), the amendments will have a delayed effective date; the effective date of the rules will be the effective date of assumption, which is the date identified by EPA as published in the Federal Register.
