TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): The Department of Management Services, Division of Real Estate Development and Management, requests qualifications for licensed general contractors, to submit for Construction Management at Risk services on the following project:

PROJECT LOCATION: Miami, Florida
RFQ RESPONSE DUE DATE: July 31, 2014 by 4:00 PM EST
SCHEDULED INTERVIEW DATE: September 4, 2014
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: $1,700,000.00 for Phase 1 with additional funding contingent upon future approved legislative appropriations anticipated to cumulatively total $5,000,000.00 to $6,000,000.00.
