NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Steven R. Braten, Esq. on behalf of Richard Kerski, Unit Owner, In Re: The Pines of Delray North Association, Inc., Docket No. 2017029548, filed on June 21, 2017.
