FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTIFICATION (FCEN)
TOWN OF JENNINGS
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the Town of Jennings project involving the replacement of approximately 310 deteriorated residential and commercial water meters with new meters having automatic meter reading devices is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The estimated cost of the project is $175,000. This project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
