Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 50 No. 92, May 9, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Added an overview section
Renumbered Section A to account for new paragraph
Deleted “the ballot duplication process or” from Section A.3.
Added new paragraph to Section A explaining rejected ballot.
Deleted “and scenarios” from Section A.4 and added clarifying language.
