NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 19, 2013, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Tradewinds Resort. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of an unspecified edition of ASME adopted codes, to permanently secure the rear access doors as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code.
