NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39 No. 87, May 3, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

On page 4, Form DFS-K4-2085, Application for Fire Code Administrator Certification, is amended to add a citation to Rule 69A-39.003(3)(a)2., F.A.C., where the NFPA 1037 Standard for Professional Qualifications for Fire Marshal is incorporated by reference and to add citations to Rule 69A-39.003(3)(a)3.a. and b., F.A.C., that refer to the alternate evaluation method and primary evaluation method.
