The Board of Cosmetology hereby gives notice that on June 10, 2014, it received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Melinda Grimmage. The Petitioner does not state which Rule or Florida Statute she is requesting the Board to interpret. However, it appears the Petitioner is requesting clarification as to why a full cosmetology license is needed for adding extensions into clients’ hair.
Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
