Final Order No. DEO-16-108
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-16-108 on June 24, 2016, in response to an application submitted by Harvard Arms Homeowners’ Association, Inc., for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order granted the application for covenant revitalization after determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.
