NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 21, 2017, the Department of Environmental Protection received a petition for a waiver for the requirement to include processed waste tires in closing cost estimates from American Tire Recycling Group, LLC. The petition requested a waiver from subsection 62-711.500(3), F.A.C., which requires owners or operators of waste tire sites to provide a closing cost estimate for the amount that would be expected to remove, process, and dispose of waste tires on the site and close the site. The activity is located at 3551 NW 116 Street, Miami, Florida 33167. The petition has been assigned OGC File No. 17-0865.
