NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Chiropractic Medicine has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Nicholas James Kirton on March 06, 2018. The following is a summary of the agencys disposition of the petition:

The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Volume 44, No. 48, of the March 9, 2018, Florida Administrative Register. The Board reviewed the Petition as its meeting held on May 18, 2018. The Board’s Order, filed on June 13, 2018, denies the Petition for Declaratory Statement based on the fact that the petition fails to identify exactly what statement Petitioner requests the Board issue. Petitioner cites one sub-paragraph of section 460.406, F.S.; the statute contains additional licensure criteria in other subsections. The Board also found that the petition is legally insufficient and therefore declined to answer the petition.
