State Plan Amendment

The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan. The amendment updates Enhanced Ambulatory Patient Group (EAPG) reimbursement rates for hospital outpatient services as authorized in the General Appropriations Act for State Fiscal Year 2019-2020, and makes technical and editorial changes. This amendment to the State Plan will have no federal fiscal impact for federal fiscal year (FFY) 2018-19 and for FFY 2019-20. The effective date for this amendment will be July 1, 2019.
