State Plan Amendment

The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan. The amendment updates buy-back provisions for Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities as authorized in the General Appropriations Act for State Fiscal Year 2019-2020, and makes technical and editorial changes. This amendment to the State Plan will have a federal fiscal impact with an expected increase of $345,643 in federal funds for federal fiscal year (FFY) 2018-19 and an increase of $1,036,929 in federal funds for FFY 2019-20. The effective date for this amendment will be July 1, 2019.
