Notice is hereby given that the Board of Nursing has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Walter Lampeter, on June 26, 2017. The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board with regard to whether it is within his scope of practice as a registered nurse to inject dermal fillers and botulinum toxin in a medical office, under physician supervision. The supervising physician will have clinical experience in the provision of aesthetic injectable treatments. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
