NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 25, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for BRANDON REGIONAL HOSPITAL at 119 Oakfield Dr., Brandon, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Rules 2.8.2.1 and 2.8.5.1, ASME A17.1, 2013 edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires no foreign equipment be located in the machine room which poses a significant hardship.
