NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 26, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from paragraph 67-48.0072(17)(h), Florida Administrative Code (7/8/2018) from WRDG T3B, LP, allowing the General Contractor to subcontract to two affiliates.
