NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on June 19, 2007, the Board of Medicine filed a Petition for Waiver submitted by Jesse Brancaleone, seeking a waiver from subsection 64B8-45.001(1), F.A.C., with regard to the limitation on the number of hours permitted for home study continuing education.
