NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 24, 2016, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for Variance (Application 160624-14) from City of Coconut Creek, 4900 W Copans Road, Coconut Creek, FL 33063. The Petition pertains to three projects located in Broward County within the City of Coconut Creek: 1) Winston Park (S7/T48S/R42E) located at 5201 NW 49th Avenue; 2) Government Building (S19/T48S/R42E) located at 4800 W Copans Road; and 3) Hilton Road Tank (S7/T48S/R42E) located at 4802 Hilton Road. The petition seeks relief from provisions in subsection 40E-24.201(7), Florida Administrative Code, which states that irrigation of existing landscaping shall be conducted on specific days, pursuant to Section 120.542, Fla. Stat.
