The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice:

On June 27, 2016, the Division issued an order. The Final Order was in response to a Petition for an emergency permanent Variance from Bank of America, filed May 12, 2016, and advertised on May 16, 2016, in Vol. 42, No. 95, of the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received in response to the petition. The Final Order on the Petition for Variance grants the Petitioner a variance from Rule 2.10.2.1, 2.4.6.2(c), 2.4.1.5(c), and 2.15.9.2, ASME A17.1b, 2009 edition, as adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code. Petitioner has been granted a variance to use a folding car top handrail and retractable toe guard. (VW 2016-120).
