RFP 10683 – Public Meetings
“RFP 10683 – The Department seeks proposals to provide Juvenile Diversion Alternative Program (JDAP) services to youth referred to the Department, and Civil Citation Services to youth issued a Civil Citation from law enforcement. Services shall be implemented by December 23, 2020 as specified in Attachments I & II of the RFP. Service sites shall be located within eight circuits as prescribed in the RFP.
