    The State Board of Administration announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Trustees of the State Board of Administration will consider proposed amendments to the following rules and will be asked for permission to file for notice the following four rules, and to file these rules, along with the incorporated forms, for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing: Rule 19-11.001, Procedures Regarding Employer Contributions, F.A.C., which will be amended to set forth all definitions pertaining to the FRS Investment Plan currently contained throughout Rule Chapters 19-11, 19-12 and 19-13, F.A.C., to update such definitions, and to delete information on employer contributions and move such information to newly-created Rule 19-11.011, which will refer to employee as well as employer contributions; Rule 19-11.006, Enrollment Procedures for New Hires, F.A.C., which will be amended to adopt new forms and to delete unnecessary provisions which are already contained on the adopted forms; Rule 19-11.007, F.A.C., Second Election Enrollment Procedures for the FRS Retirement Programs, which will be amended to adopt new forms and to delete unnecessary provisions which are already contained on the adopted forms; and Rule 19-11.011, Employer and Employee Contributions, F.A.C., which is being created to address both employer and employee contributions and to consolidate, into one rule, all information on employer contributions which is currently is set forth in several different rules.
