    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 20, 2015, the Department of Health received a petition for Variance from paragraph 64E-16.007(4)(j), F.A.C., from Samuel P. Vitello on behalf of Positive Impact Waste Solutions, Inc. This rule prescribes a procedure for conducting routine efficacy testing.
