NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 1, 2015, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Firkins Auto. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A18.1, Section 2.7.1, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), F.A.C., that requires limitation of load, speed and travel which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
