    FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE

    City of Tampa

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Tampa's project to install approximately 7,000 linear feet of 48-inch water main to deliver potable water from the David L. Tippin Water plant to the South Tampa area, and to replace approximately 51,000 linear feet of 6-inch water main in the South Tampa and Westshore areas is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects.  The total estimated construction cost is $20,000,000.
