    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Dolarex. LLC dba DLX Financial on April 01, 2019. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition: On May 31, 2019, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order on the Petition for Declaratory Statement. Under the circumstances described in the Findings of Fact, Petitioner would require licensure as a money transmitter under Chapter 560, Florida Statutes. Under the facts present in its Petition, Dolarex would not qualify as an authorized vendor. It is not being designated to act on behalf of a licensee at any locations in Florida. Additionally, it is not directly engaging with the customers who utilized money transmission services in the manner anticipated by section 560.2085, Florida Statutes. Petitioner's proposed activities would require it to obtain licensure as a money transmitter under Part II, chapter 560, Florida Statutes. ******The original petition was published April 3, 2019 in the Florida Administrative Register Volume 45, Number 65.
